The Rental Service central booking system will send you three copies of the booking contract, two copies of the insurance contract (optional) and a descriptive brochure from the Vaucluse Tourism Board Rental Service. As mentioned in the contract, you have 10 days to confirm your booking with the Vaucluse Tourism Board Rental Service by sending two signed copies of the booking contract and one signed copy of the insurance contract (if you have chosen this insurance), as well as a 25% deposit of the total amount. Failure to confirm within 10 days will lead to the cancellation of your booking. Please contact the central booking centre if you no longer want to retain your booking (Tel: +33 (0)4 90 80 47 18 – or by e-mail). Payment of the remaining balance is due one month before departure.
Security deposit: Certain property owners ask for a security deposit. Upon your arrival, a deposit of the amount indicated in the descriptive brochure and contract should be paid to the property owner. This deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay or several days after your stay has ended.
